Assessment of experience
Evaluating a CV is a complex and time-consuming process.
That’s why, when faced with hundreds of CVs, we eventually start skimming through them superficially. If we were to spend as much as 10 minutes on each CV, we probably wouldn’t have time for anything else. We recognized this problem and created a tool that processes a single CV in just 2 seconds and does it even more accurately than a recruiter.

Contextual analysis
Relying solely on keyword searches, as used in ATS, can lead to finding CVs that are entirely unsuitable for a given position. For example, when searching for a Java developer, you might come across a JavaScript developer. This happens due to overlapping keywords found in different roles. Such cases occur very frequently and are not limited to just the job title being searched for.
That’s why we chose to leverage artificial intelligence, which accurately analyzes CVs. A skill name might be written in a different case, contain a typo, or even be in another language — for us, it’s still recognized as the same skill.

Skill assessment
Every job position requires specific skills. Some of these will be more desirable to employers, while others will be less critical. We prioritize candidates who possess the most important skills for the position.

Distance from the workplace
Despite the popularity of remote work, many positions and companies require candidates to work from the office. The distance from the workplace is one of our criteria for evaluating candidates. Select on-site or hybrid work to enable location assessment. We use TomTom navigation to calculate distances, ensuring that the measured distance reflects the actual route a candidate would need to travel using public roads.
Language proficiency
Hiring managers often specify a required level of foreign language proficiency for candidates. ATS systems do not allow extracting this information from a candidate’s CV. We do, and we use this parameter in the candidate evaluation process.

Assessment of experience
Many recruitment processes require finding a candidate with experience in a specific industry. For example, a sales representative with experience in car sales is likely to perform much better in an automotive dealership than someone who has worked in the furniture industry.
A developer who has worked for Google for several years is probably more skilled than one who has spent the same time in a small 10-person company.
Experience assessment is an important indicator for us. We evaluate not only the company size but also its position in global rankings (Forbes 2000, Inc. 5000). Our database contains information on nearly 9 million companies.
