GDPR module: list, confirmation and team context.
How to delete a candidate’s data
Open GDPR in the sidebar (/gdpr). You will see the GDPR management screen with helper tabs and the candidate table.

Step by step
- Pick context: the list respects the active team from the switcher or personal account - deletion runs in that context.
- Find the person by email, name or date using search (Enter runs the search).
- Click Delete data in the row.
- Confirm the warning - the action is irreversible within the scope described.
- On success the row disappears and a confirmation appears.

What is removed
Per the on-screen description, Hero Parser removes the person’s data from all recruitments in your context that are tied to the request. The exact server scope follows the /gdpr/remove-data implementation.
Organisational tips
- Verify the requester’s identity before deleting (company email, signed request - per policy).
- If you need process statistics without personal data, consider anonymisation instead of full deletion - guide Candidate anonymisation.
- Keep evidence of fulfilment outside the system if required.
- On server errors, refresh and retry or contact support.
