Kanban view in recruitment

Besides the classic candidate list you can work in Kanban view - a board of recruitment stages. Each column is a stage (status) and cards represent candidates.

Switching views

Open recruitment details.
On the candidate list, use the List / Kanban switcher.
In Kanban view, drag cards between columns to change a candidate’s stage.

Working with candidate cards

Each card shows a summary: name, scoring and optionally application source. Click a card to open the full profile. Dragging between columns updates the stage immediately.

Good to know

With the ATS module enabled, the Kanban board shows all 7 pipeline stages (from New to To hire). With ATS disabled, only simplified columns appear.
Career page applications appear on the board like candidates from other sources - with a source label.
Bulk actions work in both list and Kanban views.
Open scoring and profile details by clicking a candidate card.
Kanban is especially useful in team hiring meetings - everyone sees the same pipeline state.
