Saving candidates, tags, filtering and recruitment history.
Candidate pool
The Candidate pool (/candidate-pool) is a central register of people saved by your team - independent of the current recruitment. Use it to build a talent database and revisit promising profiles.
Saving a candidate
- In a recruitment view, click the bookmark icon (save to pool) for the chosen candidate.
- The person appears under Candidate pool in the sidebar.
Tags
- Configure predefined tags under Settings → Team (pool tags section).
- Assign tags to individual candidates from the pool or recruitment view.
Filtering and search
Filter by tags, skills, years of experience and free-text search. Each entry also shows the candidate’s recruitment history in the team.
Reusing talent
When opening a new recruitment, search the pool by tags or skills - you can quickly find candidates who already went through a process in your team. Notes from past recruitments appear on the profile (guide Discussion and notes on candidates).
Team context
The pool respects the active team context from the switcher at the top - team data and personal account data are separate.
Limits for anonymised candidates
After anonymisation, a candidate cannot be saved to the pool or tagged. Details: Candidate anonymisation.
