Internal team messages on the candidate profile.
Discussion and notes on candidates
The candidate profile includes a Notes / Discussion tab where the team can exchange internal comments about the candidate - without emailing the person directly.
Basic operations
- Open the candidate profile from a recruitment or the Candidate pool.
- Go to the Notes tab.
- Add a message, edit your own entries or delete them when no longer relevant.

New note form
The text field below the message list adds comments. After sending, the note is visible to all team members with access to the recruitment. Edit and delete apply only to your own entries.

Team collaboration
Notes are visible to team members with access to the recruitment or pool. This helps recruiters coordinate without external threads - especially when several people assess the same candidate.
Good practices
- Treat notes as internal - they do not replace official candidate communication (guide Automation and email templates).
- Record facts and interview observations; avoid unrelated sensitive data.
- Combine notes with scoring, qualification interviews and company policy when making decisions.
- For pool candidates, notes from past recruitments help continue the conversation in a new project.
