Sending rules and invitation templates with variables.
Under recruitment automation (the Automation tab in recruitment details) you can enable send rules for selected candidates (e.g. invite top scorers after a minimum number of applications). This works together with the message template.
Automation requires at least the Advanced plan - on lower tiers the tab may be unavailable or limited.
The template editor supports HTML, links and images. When the Meeting calendar module is enabled, prefer booking interviews directly from the candidate profile (guide Meeting calendar). Alternatively you can include an external calendar link (e.g. Calendly) in the message body.
Available variables in the message body include:
${NAME} - full name${EMAIL} - email address${SCORING} - score${POSITION} - job titleSave the template after edits; restore a previous revision if your workspace supports version history.
On Advanced and higher, the automation screen’s right column offers candidate profile self-verification: candidates receive a secure personal link to a public page where they review the parsed profile and either confirm or submit corrections.
The link includes a one-time token - treat it as confidential. See the dedicated guide Confirming candidate data.
With Slack integration configured, the team can receive notifications about automation events (e.g. CV parsing completed). Details: Slack integration.
