Confirming candidate data
Available from the Advanced subscription upward. Enable it under recruitment details → Automation: turn on sending the verification link (next to automation rules and the email template).
Panel configuration
- Open the recruitment and go to the Automation tab.
- In the right column, enable the verification link option.
- Ensure the message template includes the token link (generated automatically).
- Save automation settings.
What the candidate sees
The public page URL contains ?token=… from the email. It shows the parsed CV summary (skills, experience, location, etc.). They can confirm the data or choose corrections and enter remarks (e.g. explaining a mismatch).
After a single response
Once submitted, the flow is locked for that link. On the candidate profile inside the app you’ll see the outcome and any remarks in the verification sections.
If the link is invalid or expired, the candidate should contact you outside the app; you can resend according to your process. Related: Automation and email templates, Working with candidates.
