Lists, statuses and scoring.
Candidates - list, statuses and scoring
Inside a recruitment you see candidates tied to the project. Each profile is scored against the role criteria; you can change statuses (pipeline stages) and collaborate on decisions.

Candidate profile
Clicking a row opens the profile with tabs: CV data, scoring, team notes, form answers (for career page applicants) and activity history. From there you can start qualification interviews and send messages.

What to watch
- Scoring - suggests fit; always validate context (e.g. depth in a given technology).
- Pipeline stages (ATS module enabled) - the full process runs: New → Recommended for an intro call → After the intro call → Recommended for a technical interview → After the technical interview → To hire (plus Rejected at any stage). In Kanban view, columns match these stages - see Kanban view in recruitment.
- Simplified stages (ATS module disabled) - available statuses: New, Recommended for an intro call, Rejected.
- Career page applications - candidates from the public form appear on the list with a source label; form answers show on the profile.
- Notes / Discussion - the team can hold internal discussion on the candidate profile (guide Discussion and notes on candidates).
- Candidate pool - save a candidate to the team register with the bookmark icon; see Candidate pool.
- Anonymisation - mask personal data for one or many candidates; see Candidate anonymisation.
Bulk actions
- Select multiple candidates with checkboxes on the list.
- Choose an action from the toolbar (e.g. status change, anonymisation, messaging).
- Confirm in the dialog when required.
When an action depends on a survey or next stage, the UI may show inline hints on buttons.
