What is Hero Parser?

Hero Parser is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) for HR teams and recruiters. In one panel you publish jobs, accept applications, run candidates through your pipeline, schedule interviews and analyse hiring metrics.

AI supports every stage: CV parsing, fit scoring, interview question generation and suspicious profile detection. You enable optional modules as you need them - add more later in settings (guide System features).

Main panel modules

• Recruitments - projects with requirements, candidates, automation and (with the ATS module) job publication and application forms.
• ATS (optional module) - career page, application forms, extended 7-stage pipeline and recruitment statistics.
• Candidate pool (/candidate-pool) - central register of saved candidates with tags and filtering.
• Qualification interviews (/qualification-interviews) - intro and technical interviews, AI questions, post-meeting surveys.
• Meeting calendar (/calendar) - scheduling with Google Calendar sync.
• Fake candidate verification (/fake-candidates) - flagging suspicious applications.
• Acquisition effectiveness (/tracking) - conversion funnels and source analysis.
• Training (/training) - product onboarding module with a completion certificate.
• GDPR (/gdpr) and integrations - compliance plus optional sync with external HR systems (Business plan).

AI features - always available

CV parsing, fit scoring, behavioural and technical question generation and other AI tools work regardless of which modules you enable. Optional modules extend the hiring workflow (e.g. job publication, interviews, calendar) but the AI core is always on.

Who is Hero Parser for?

It suits in-house recruiters, agencies and HR teams handling many roles at once. A shared panel, candidate pipeline and scoring make collaboration easier - every member sees the same data in the selected team context (see guides in the Team section).

Typical workflow

1. Enable the modules you need under System features (e.g. ATS + Qualification interviews).
2. Create a recruitment with role requirements and publish the job on the career page (guide Creating and managing a recruitment).
3. Accept applications from the career page, CV import, email forwarding or (optionally) an external HR system integration.
4. AI parses CVs and scores fit - review candidates and move them through stages (list or Kanban).
5. Schedule interviews, complete surveys, use the talent pool and analyse process statistics.
