Account settings

Update profile data, notification preferences and security under account settings (/settings). Settings uses a left-hand list of panels: e.g. Account, System features, Security (password, 2FA), billing and notifications.

Editing your profile

1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
2. In the Account section update name, surname and email.
3. Save changes - email changes may require confirmation via link.

Recommendations

• Use a strong, unique password for work accounts.
• Keep your email current - system messages and 2FA codes go there.
• Under System features enable the modules you need (guide System features).
• In the Account section you can set default AI CV parsing for new recruitments on your personal account.
• For two-factor authentication, see the guide Two-factor authentication (2FA).
• In billing settings fill invoice details (guide Billing and invoices by email).
• When someone leaves, an admin should revoke access; you may also request account removal per company policy.
