System features

Hero Parser is built from modules you enable or disable independently. This lets you tailor the panel to your hiring process - from simple CV parsing to a full ATS with interviews and a calendar.

AI features (CV parsing, scoring, interview question generation) are always available regardless of which modules you select.

Where to manage modules

• Personal account: Settings → System features (/settings).
• Team: Team → System features (/team) - settings apply to members in the team context.

Onboarding on first sign-in

After registration you can pick the modules you want to use. You may skip this step and return to settings later. Your choice is saved on the account - you can enable more modules at any time.

Available modules

• ATS - job publication, application forms, extended 7-stage pipeline and recruitment statistics. Without it you get a simplified pipeline (New, Recommended for an intro call, Rejected) and no Publication or Application form tabs in recruitment details.
• Candidate pool - central register of saved candidates with tags (/candidate-pool). Guide: Candidate pool.
• Qualification interviews - intro and technical interviews, AI questions, post-meeting surveys (/qualification-interviews). Guide: Running qualification interviews.
• Fake candidate verification - flagging suspicious applications (/fake-candidates). Guide: Fake candidates in practice.
• Acquisition effectiveness - conversion funnels and source analysis (/tracking). Guide: Reports and conversion tracking.
• Meeting calendar - scheduling with Google Calendar sync (/calendar). Guide: Meeting calendar.

Subscription plan and modules

Some modules require a higher subscription tier. When your plan is too low, the module toggle may be locked - a tooltip names the minimum plan. After upgrading, unlock the module and enable it in the same panel (guide Buying a subscription).

Tips

• Enable ATS if you want to publish jobs and run the full candidate pipeline inside Hero Parser.
• Modules hidden from the sidebar when disabled - they appear after you enable them and refresh the view.
• Team settings override or extend personal account preferences in team work context.
