Public job listings, application form and recruitment publication.
Career page and application form
Hero Parser lets you publish jobs on a public career page and accept applications through a form. Candidates browse listings, read job details and apply - you manage content, branding and publication from the panel.
Career page setup
- Open Settings → Team → Career page.
- Set company name, logo, background colours and header copy.
- Configure the public URL slug (e.g.
heroparser.com/career/your-company).
- On the Business plan you can attach a custom domain for the career page.
- Save settings. Optionally copy the embed code to show listings on your company website.

Publishing a recruitment
- Open recruitment details and go to the Publication tab.
- Enable visibility on the career page.
- Configure the application form: default fields (name, email, CV) and optional custom questions.
Custom questions require the Premium plan or higher. Without it, the form includes standard fields only.

Public candidate flow
- The candidate opens the public career page and browses listings.
- They open job details and click Apply.
- They complete the form (including CV upload) and accept the GDPR clause configured in team settings.
- The application lands in your recruitment - the candidate appears on the list with an application source label.

Form answers on the candidate profile
For candidates who applied via the career page, the profile shows an Application form answers section. This helps initial screening without opening the CV.
The GDPR consent clause comes from team settings - keep it up to date (see GDPR guides). Related: Creating and managing a recruitment, Working with candidates.

Embedding listings on your website
Under Settings → Team → Career page you can copy the embed code and place it on your company site. Candidates see listings without leaving your website - you still manage publication from the Hero Parser panel.
Content is updated regularly.
