Hero Parser is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) - job publication, application intake, candidate pipeline, qualification interviews and analytics in one panel for HR teams. Optional modules (e.g. meeting calendar, candidate pool) can be enabled as needed under System features.
Read more in the guide “What is Hero Parser?” and on the Dashboard after you sign in.
Credits are the billing unit for selected operations in the system (e.g. CV processing). Usage depends on product configuration and activity in your recruitments.
Your balance appears in the app header and under Billing → Buy credits. See the guide “Topping up your account with credits” for details.
Open the Team module in settings and send an invitation to the colleague’s email. After they accept, they get access to recruitments and data according to their role.
Step-by-step articles are in the Team section of the Help Center (e.g. Adding collaborators, Accepting invitations).
In the recruitment details, under automation, you can enable rules and edit the email template (HTML, variables such as name, score, position).
The full walkthrough is in the guide “Automation and email templates”.
It helps flag and filter suspicious or inauthentic applications (e.g. spam, bots) to protect recruiter time and funnel quality.
Always combine it with human review and your candidate communication policy.
Open Settings and choose Security. Enable the 2FA toggle and save - we email you a confirmation link. Until you click the link in that message, 2FA is not active.
Once enabled, every sign-in (password or LinkedIn) also requires the 6-digit code from your email. See the guide “Two-factor authentication (2FA)”.
Higher tiers raise limits for active recruitments, monthly CV processing and team seats, and unlock more modules (e.g. Fake CV check and team collaboration from Premium; candidate profile self-verification and recruitment automation from Advanced; external HR system integrations and API on Business). The built-in ATS module is available regardless of the Business plan.
Exact numbers and the feature list appear on the plan cards under Billing → Buy credits - see also the guide “Buying a subscription”.
On eligible plans (Advanced and above), recruitment automation can email each candidate a personal link. On a public page they review the parsed CV summary and can confirm it or submit corrections.
Results appear on the candidate profile. Details: “Confirming candidate data”.

Scoring is an approximate match of the profile to the role requirements generated by the system.
Use it as a starting point - hiring decisions should still factor in context, interviews and company policy.
Use the Qualification interviews module and the questionnaire or scorecard assigned to the candidate.
See the qualification interviews guide for the full flow.

Full compliance also depends on your internal processes - see the guides “Is Hero Parser aligned with GDPR?” and “How to delete a candidate’s data”.
Team members with the right permissions in the app, and - at infrastructure level - the hosting provider per the data processing agreement.
Grant the minimum access necessary and review team membership regularly.
Anonymisation masks personal data but the profile still exists in the system (e.g. for process statistics). Deletion in the GDPR module permanently removes the candidate from all recruitments in your context.
Comparison and steps: guides “Candidate anonymisation” and “How to delete a candidate’s data”.
A team administrator can enable auto-anonymisation under Settings → Team → Auto-anonymisation and choose a data retention period (e.g. 6, 12 or 24 months). The system periodically anonymises candidates who exceed that period.
Details: guide “Candidate anonymisation”.
