Leaving a team

With a team selected (not the Invitations tab), the detail header shows Leave team. Confirm in the dialog.

After leaving

You lose access to that team’s data. If it was the active context, the app may fall back to personal account or another team.

Sole admin cannot simply leave

If you are the only administrator, leaving would strand the team. You cannot leave until another administrator exists.

1. Promote an active User to Administrator (guide Changing collaborator roles).
2. Alternatively invite a second admin and promote them after acceptance.
3. Ensure at least two administrators (or transfer admin) before leaving.
4. Then use Leave team again.

If the server rejects the action, adjust roles and retry.
