Training and certificates

The Training module in the main menu (/training) walks you through Hero Parser step by step. It is practical product onboarding - especially useful for new recruitment team members.

Completion progress

On the training page you see modules and your progress (bar or completion percentage). Complete all required lessons to unlock the certificate.

How to complete training

1. Open Training from the sidebar.
2. Pick the first incomplete module and work through lessons in order.
3. Return to the module list after each lesson - progress saves automatically.
4. When all required modules are done, the certificate unlocks.

PDF certificate

After finishing training you can download a PDF certificate directly from the Training module. The system may also email the certificate as an attachment.

Tips

• Follow modules in order - content maps to real panel features (recruitments, scoring, GDPR).
• After training, revisit Navigating the app to find modules quickly in the menu.
• Team admins may ask new collaborators to finish training before their first recruitment (guide Adding collaborators).
