Slack integration

The Slack integration sends notifications about selected recruitment events directly to your team Slack channel. Recruiters stay informed without constantly checking the panel.

Connecting

Open Settings → Integrations → Slack.
Click authorise and sign in to your Slack workspace.
After successful OAuth the integration shows as connected.

Notification types

You can enable or disable individual notification types, including:

New candidate in a recruitment
CV parsing completed
Candidate profile verification
Intro call survey
Fake candidate detected

The exact list depends on the current product version - configure them in the Slack integration panel.

Disconnect and troubleshooting

To disconnect, use the option in the Slack settings panel.
For auth errors, check whether the OAuth token expired - re-authorisation usually fixes it.
Ensure the bot can post to the chosen Slack channel.

Slack is for notifications - it does not replace the built-in ATS module or sync with external HR systems (Traffit, eRecruiter). Compare with Integrations with application sources.

Sample Slack notification

With notifications enabled, Slack messages include an event summary (e.g. new candidate, CV parsing result) with a link to the profile in Hero Parser. The team reacts faster without constantly monitoring the panel.
