What is Hero Parser?

Hero Parser is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) - job publication, application intake, candidate pipeline, qualification interviews and analytics in one panel for HR teams. Optional modules (e.g. meeting calendar, candidate pool) can be enabled as needed under System features.

Read more in the guide “What is Hero Parser?” and on the Dashboard after you sign in.

What are credits and when are they consumed?

Credits are the billing unit for selected operations in the system (e.g. CV processing). Usage depends on product configuration and activity in your recruitments.

Your balance appears in the app header and under Billing → Buy credits. See the guide “Topping up your account with credits” for details.

How do I invite someone else to my team?

Open the Team module in settings and send an invitation to the colleague’s email. After they accept, they get access to recruitments and data according to their role.

Step-by-step articles are in the Team section of the Help Center (e.g. Adding collaborators, Accepting invitations).

Where do I configure automated emails to candidates?

In the recruitment details, under automation, you can enable rules and edit the email template (HTML, variables such as name, score, position).

The full walkthrough is in the guide “Automation and email templates”.

What is the “Fake candidates” module for?

It helps flag and filter suspicious or inauthentic applications (e.g. spam, bots) to protect recruiter time and funnel quality.

Always combine it with human review and your candidate communication policy.

How do I turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Open Settings and choose Security. Enable the 2FA toggle and save - we email you a confirmation link. Until you click the link in that message, 2FA is not active.

Once enabled, every sign-in (password or LinkedIn) also requires the 6-digit code from your email. See the guide “Two-factor authentication (2FA)”.
